Zurich is rich in excellent food producers. Particularly recommended small businesses from the city and the country are given the chance to present themselves and their delicacies to a wide audience as Local Food Heroes.

 

Presidi Products

With the Presidi, Slow Food supports over 500 high-quality food productions worldwide that are threatened with extinction, protects unique regions and ecosystems, preserves traditional processing techniques and promotes native animal breeds and plant species.

 

 

Workshops and panels

The supporting program under the name “Good Food Forum” offers practice-oriented lectures, interactive discussion rounds and  exciting workshops on the topic of better food - for taste, health and the environment.
